Hi! My name’s Christina Osure. Welcome to my little part of the world.
A Little Bit About Me..
I am a fun loving, recovering over achiever with over 20 years experience in the corporate world spanning two continents. When I’m not working on one of my entrepreneurial ventures, you will find me cooking up a storm or bowed over a good book or lost in a good movie with a “do not disturb” look.
I studied Accounting and worked in Finance and have a masters in business administration. I love sunsets, gardens and beaches and regularly indulge my passion for poetry and photography
Why I designed this program..
After years of working, managing staff and having conversations with friends, I was sick of seeing great talented employees losing out at work through no fault of their own. I have listened to countless stories of discrimination, bullying and harassment and was saddened at just how many perpetrators get away with racism. Having experienced it myself, I was frustrated with the generic advice on how to deal with racism. Most of it assumed the racism was direct whilst a lot of what I was experiencing was hidden and not so easily identifiable. It was also not feasible to go marching to Human Resources every time something happened.
Over the years, I developed my own strategy of dealing with the various forms of racism I encountered at the workplace. I noticed my tactics not only helped me but also helped my friends who were in different industries and professions. I decided to package these transferable tactics in a Program to enlighten more of us and stem out one of the worst impacts of racism; curtailing the ability to earn income and attain rightful benefits and awards for our contribution
