In this module, we will discuss key strategies to protect against workplace racial discrimination in general. These strategies are defensive in nature and the lessons cover how applying these strategies can combat hidden racism or racism that is covert in nature. We discuss why these strategies are effective even when there is an element of doubt as to whether racism is the main driver of the bullying or harassing behavior
